Customer Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Cancellation by Rama Watches
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Payment verification failure
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within the same day from the date of delivery only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Missing accessories or documentation
• Product received in a tampered condition

The following conditions must be fulfilled for a return request to be approved:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in its original condition
• Original watch box, manuals, warranty card, invoice, tags, and accessories must be included
• Security tags, stickers and seals must remain intact
• The bracelet or strap must not have been resized, altered, or adjusted
• The watch must not have any scratches, dents, marks,s or signs of use

Products failing quality inspection may be returned to the customer.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both customers and Rama Watches, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for claims relating to:

• Transit damage
• Wrong product
• Missing items
• Tampered package

The video must clearly show:

• Shipping label
• Package condition before opening
• All four sides of the package
• Complete opening without cuts or pauses
• Entire contents of the shipment

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Damaged or Tampered Shipment
If the outer shipping box appears damaged or tampered:

• If the shipment is accepted despite visible external damage, Rama Watches reserves the right to inspect the claim before approving any refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Products
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

Inspection & Quality Check
