The purchase made at online purchase can be exchanged at Rama Boutique but the refund will be processed via e-commerce platform only.

The products purchased from Rama Boutique must be brought to the store for further support and suggestions.

Every purchase done at our boutique includes the product as well as the warranty details/card as per the policy of the brands. Our warranty covers all the manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction and deterioration resulting from accident or negligence. You can get the complete warranty details from the booklet provided at the time of purchase.
